☆ Cherry #4 - ALcon! ☆ 〜(^∇^〜）

Hey guys! It's Cherry here!

So on Sunday I attended ALCon in Leicester for Oishii! Ichigo work (ﾉ´∀｀*)

ALcon is run by the Anime League forums and goes on for several days each year.

I had to get my train from Sheffield at around 8:15AM, so I got up pretty early. It's funny, I'm not a very punctual person at all- I'm always late for class and things- but yet for conventions and important (to me) events, I always seem to be super early! I booked my taxi well in advance and arrived at the station at 7AM..... though the station didn't even open til 7:30, so I had to wait around in the cold (´・ω・｀)

Anyway, I arrived and met with fellow Oishii! member Scarlett, MK Dance leader Rachel and the lovely Beckii (and Sparkles*) ! The whole crew was here (*´ω｀*) It was so lovely to see evryone again!

Of course, this was our first performance since Kelsey has left the group, so it felt pretty strange. We even got quite emotional during "Ai nano?" !! (TдT)

Our performance was...... well let's just say there was an organisational error on their part that made us look kind of unprofessional, and we weren't too happy about it, but... our actual performing went ok I think! ヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ Scarlett had her own solo set afterwards which you can watch on her channel! It was great.

For the rest of the day I just hung out with Beckii/Sparkles* on their merchandise stand and spent some time hanging out with Scarlett/Rachel too. It was so nice to be able to catch up with everyone again. Talking over the internet is nice but it's a lot more in person right? ヽ(´ー｀)ノ

I got some swag from the event:

2 Area 11 shirts ( ヽ(´ー｀)ノ) and some anime notebooks. They were being sold off really cheaply and they're really cute so I thought I'd get some since University will start in a couple of weeks!

Overall it was a really lovely day! I was sad to go!

One more Summer Trip!

みんな！こんばんは！

So summer is coming to an end but I still managed to take some sort of summer trip this year ^^

I went to Michigan to visit my best friend and celebrate her grandparents birthday!

This is her Kitty! I made him wear a bee costume huehuehue >D

I was feeling pretty bad that I hadn't really gone on many trips this summer because I've been very busy with work and Oishii! Project, so going to visit her made me feel a lot better.

The highlight of my trip was definitely when we went to her uncle's cabin on Russel Island!

I got to ride a speed boat there and everything!












The view was absolutely beautiful! It was hard to imagine this place as an "island" because it was so lush! Usually when I think of islands I imagine there is a lot more sand then trees or grass haha XD;

To be honest, I didn't know what to expect on this trip so I didn't have a bathing suit :c but luckily my friend's auntie had plenty to spare so I was saved!

I must admit, it was a tad big but oh well ^^;

We spent the whole day there tubing down the lake, talking, playing games, and just relaxing. It was a nice change of pace from being busy all the time :)

On the drive back I got cookies <3 They didn't have chocolate chip, so I settled for MnM instead :P

Popku #3 - Shopping again?! ━Σ(ﾟДﾟ|||)━

Hiya everyone!

Today I had a really fun day~

Yes, yes again with the shopping. (*´・ｖ・)

If you can't tell I shop alot oh my gosh.

Also, for the past couples of months, almost everytime I go to the mall I get something Eva related.

My collection is getting bigger by the day aaaa~ (●´∀｀●)

I only really wear sweaters, so in the car my dad told me I couldn't buy any sweaters, which was really a bummer but I already have so many.  ＼（＠￣∇￣＠）／

Instead, I got a really cute sleeveless button up shirt, which is another thing I have tons of, and some really cute black pants with crosses all over them! 

Sadly, I didn't get to take any pictures of them though.

However, I did get to take a photo of a new wall scroll I got at the anime store in our mall! ⊂((・▽・))⊃

I remember talking to the manager telling him I miss seeing Eva stuff in the store (Since I bought all of it)

Today when I looked there were 2 new wallscrolls! 

One was Asuka, which was cute, but I'd rather have one with Shinji on it since he's my favorite character! *(*´∀｀*)☆

Afterwords, we played a daring game of monopoly.

I didn't think I'd win but I did, which was awesome because I never win when I play games. (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))

I had a really fun day today, but It's getting late now.

☆ Cherry #3 - Hyper Japan! ☆ 〜(^∇^〜）

Hello everynyan!

Today I'm going to tell you about Hyper Japan ☆

I'm sure you've already heard lots about it from Kelsey and Scarlett but

I'll show you my experience too (lol)

My surprise cosplay for Friday was.... jajajaaann...
nano!



In case you didn't know, nano is my number one favourite music artist in the world. You can check out nano's youtube and website!

Cosplaying nano was very comfy and I was glad to show support for my favourite singer (*´艸｀*)

Saturday morning I spent in casual clothes where I watched a rakugo performer, the Hyper Japan fashion show that Scarlett was in, and Yun*Chi live! Yun*Chi was so adorable and her music is very catchy. Please check her out if you like!

Then I changed into my cosplay for that day, Misaki Tokura from Cardfight!! Vanguard (*´ω｀*)

I bought an alpaca!! We named her Miyuu Rufflebutt!... or something like that. (lol)

I wasn't feeling well on Sunday so I just wore very casual clothes. Here is me and Kelsey (and Miyuu)!

I spent lots and lots of time at the WiiU karaoke booth too! The staff were so friendly to me and I had a great time with them (ﾉ´∀｀*) It has a great selection of Japanese and English songs so I totally say it's worth getting a WiiU for if you like to go to Japanese style karaoke!! I'm going to be saving up for one now! (*´ω｀*)


Thanks to everyone who made Hyper Japan so much fun!!! I can't wait for the next convention!!

Micchi #1 ღGlitching around a Convention!ღ

Hello my lobves! Micchi here! This is my first blog entry~! This past weekend, I went to an anime convention! I was so excited because I debuted my very first cosplay that I made in its entirety! Usually, I buy it or only make parts of it, but I had made/altered every part of this one! I was Vanellope von Schweetz from Wreck-it-Ralph!

I had a GREAT time! A lot of people were excited to see "Vanellope" running around the con. I was the only one that day actually! That really surprised me! I was really flattered by the response I got~ it made me SO proud and happy :') I couldn't help but act annoyingly hyper, using my best Vanellope voice I could manage! My favorite response from someone, though, was this TINY girl who was probably around 3 years old! When she saw me, her face lit up and she started jumping up and down, dragging her mother towards me. The mom finally asked me if I could take a picture with her daughter, so I knelt down and waved her over. The little girl ran and gave me a big hug, excitedly saying "Hello, Vanellope!" with the biggest smile on her face! She wouldn't stop staring at me, and I had to point to the camera so she would look at it! Aaaah she was so adorable! This was seriously the BEST thing that ever happened to me at a convention, and I'm pretty sure the majority of cosplayers that have had something like this happen can agree :') It brings such an AMAZING and breathtaking feeling!! Anyway~ here are some progress pictures I made while making the costume!

And here is a closeup of my hair! I used real candy! Oh! Except for the hair tie, sprinkles, and star (on the other side of my head).

On the second day of the convention, I cosplayed Asami Sato again from The Legend of Korra (my FAVORITE show!)

Aside from cosplaying, I also taught an led a flash mob there! I was so impressed with how fast people learned it as well as the amount of people who came learn it! It was actually a panel that was part of the schedule, and people had no idea was it was. We had to convince people to join without them knowing anything xD But it turned out so well! So yes, I am now suffering from post-con blues! It was such a fun time! I look forward to my next anime convention! I hope you all enjoyed reading! Until next time, my lobves~!

Hello everyone! ヽ(；▽；)ノ

How is everyone doing! 

I'm doing good~

My sister has been out on vacation now though, so I've been a bit bored.

However, yesterday I went to the mall with my mom! (｀・ω・´)”

I was going to get my ears pierced at Claire's, but they wouldn't let me get it without an ID.

I had my mom with me though, so I'm not sure why they needed it. (＃｀д´)ﾉ

It's okay though, I'll just try somewhere else~

In addition to that though, I went shopping a bit!

We stopped in Forever 21, which is my favorite store because of the amount of monochrome-colored sweaters they have~ （人´∀`*）

I would have gotten a couple more sweaters, but we thought we would have had to spend money on ear piercing. 

However, the one I got is adorable and I love it to bits!

I can't wait to get to wear it~♡

 Next is a really really cute pastel pink dress I got! They only had a small and large, so I was a bit nervous, but the small fit perfectly! 

You can't really see it, but there is floral lace on the top portion of it~

I also often like wearing glasses! 

I've never needed them for myself, but I've adored them since I was really little. （*´▽｀*）

I bought these ultra cute red rimmed, vintage styled glasses and a cute pair of spiked devil horns!

I can't wait to wear my new glasses~ (｡’▽’｡)♡

So, that's everything I got this time.

I can't wait to order my school supplies too~

It's all Evangelion clear files, pens, pencils, and the backpack is Eva too.

I plan on getting this really cute Unit 01 themed backpack, it's ultra cute!⊂((・▽・))⊃

Jenny #1 Haircut!

Hello everybody! It's me! Oishii! Ichigo's lovely Jenny ;3

How is everyone??

....

oh good good! Me too :D (hahaha what? I'm crazy X'D)

So anyway! I recently just got my haircut! *snip snip*

It's actually a bit shorter then I hoped cause I'm doing my best to actually try and grow my hair out again X'D

It did get me thinking about all the crazy styles I've tried and done in the past. I always get easily bored with my hair so I love to switch it up very often :)
